PHILLIPS Charles Peacefully on 25th November at Royal Gwent Hospital, Charles Phillips of Llanyravon, Cwmbran, aged 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Betty, father of Steven and grandfather of Tom and Sarah. Funeral Tuesday 17th December 2019, service 1:00 p.m. at the Gwent Crematorium.
