SMITH Hugh On 1st December 2019. Richard Hugh Smith peacefully passed away at home in Croesyceiliog aged 78 years. Beloved husband of June, devoted father of Richard, Martin and Helen, dearly loved father-in-law and grampa. Funeral Wednesday 18th December, Service 3.00pm at Pontrhydyrun Baptist Church, followed by Committal at the Gwent Crematorium at 4.00pm.
