PAYNE (Rex) On 29th April 2021. Gwilym Rex Payne of Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran peacefully passed away at Nevill Hall Hospital, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Pamela, devoted father of Deri, loved father-in-law of Joanne, dearly loved grandad of Cerys and Rhiannon. Funeral Monday 17th May, service 10.30am at the Gwent Crematorium (invitation only). Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be given for the Cats Protection League.
