Highways Act 1980 Section 118, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath MR45A Marten Public Path Extinguishment Order 2019

The above order made on 2nd May, 2019 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish that length of Footpath MR45A in the Parish of Marden running from OS Grid Reference SO 5204, 4748 to OS Grid Reference SO 5178, 4759.

Copies of the order, plan and explanatory statement may be seen free of charge at Hereford Customer Services, Blueschool House, Blueschool Street, Hereford, HR1 2LX during normal opening hours. Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). Copies are also available on the Council's website at

, quoting reference PROW/D495 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 1 st July, 2019. Your details may be made available to third parties.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
