The above order made on 26* November, 2021 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath LTB11 (Part) in the Parish of Linton (Bromyard) running from OS Grid Reference SO 7008 5414 to OS Grid Reference SO 7010 5410. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 7008 5414 to OS Grid reference SO 7010 5410.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
