Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent wedi derbyn Adroddiad Budd y Cyhoedd gan Archwilydd Cyffredinol Cymru dan Ad ran 22 Deddf Archwilio Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2004. Mae'r adroddiad yn ymwneud S threfniadau llywodraethiant a throsolwg y Cyngor yng nghyswllt Silent Valley Waste Services Cyf.

Gall unrhyw aelod o'r cyhoedd archwilio'r adroddiad a gellir cael copi electronig o'r adroddiad drwy anfon e-bost at commlttee.servlces@blaenau-gwent.

PUBLIC NOTICE - PUBLIC INTEREST REPORT ON BLAENAU GWENT COUNCIL'S GOVERNANCE AND OVERSIGHT

ARRANGEMENTS IN RESPECT OF SILENT VALLEY WASTE SERVICES LTD.

Notice is hereby given that Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council has received from the Auditor General for Wales a Public Interest Report under Section 22 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004. The report concerns the Council's governance and oversight arrangements in respect of Silent Valley Waste Services Ltd.

Any member of the public may inspect the report and an electronic copy of the report can be obtained by emailing committee.services@blaenau-gwent.

or can be downloaded from the Audit Wales and Council websites. The Council will provide a paper copy of the report by post in response to email or postal requests.

The Council will be considering the Public Interest Report and the recommendation contained within it at a Special Council meeting on Monday 7 February 2022 at 10am.
