Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order:

U71606, Wrigglebrook Lane From Cress Cottage To The New House, Wrigglebrook Kingsthorne, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U71606, Wrigglebrook Lane From Cress Cottage To The New House, Wrigglebrook Kingsthorne, outside 'Arch Cottage'. Grid Ref: 350179/231912.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Upper Wrigglebrrok Lane onto Ladywell Lane, onto Wrigglebrook Lane and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to stop tap works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place.

The said closure will come into force on 8th of June 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
