Notice Of The Disposal Of Land At Martins Way, Ledbury Herefordshire

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The County of Herefordshire District Council intends to dispose of land at Martins Way, Ledbury, Herefordshire to Last Mile Electricity Limited by way of an easement for electric lines and telephone signalling and fibre optic cables and other conducting media and ancillary apparatus.

Copies of plans showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the office of Herefordshire Council Plough Lane Hereford HR4 OLE. They can also be inspected on the Councils website at
