MARRIAGES (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 1995 AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIP

Notice is given that the Council is considering a proposal to renew a licence to use The Court Room, The Library, The Main Hall and The Porch, at The Sessions House 43 Maryport Street Usk NP15 1AD as rooms in which to conduct civil marriages and/or civil partnership registrations.

The application and plan can be inspected at the Register Office, Monmouthshire County Council, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA

Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of an approval, with reasons, within 21 days of the date of this publication.

The objection should be sent to the under-signed at Melville Theatre, Penypound, Abergavenny, NP7 5UD
