HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn i wneud Gorchymyn, a fydd a'r effaith o wahardd cerddwyr rhag mynd ymlaen ar hyd y troedffyrdd/cilffyrdd cyfyngedig canlynol;

Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians Order 2018

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the following footpaths/restricted byways

Footpaths 199, 212 and 213/ Restricted Byways 214, 216 and 405 Abercarn

The proposed Order is expected to commence on Monday 29th October 2018 for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

There is no alternative route available

The reason for making the Order is to allow for tree harvesting operations
