Unexpectedly re-available a stunning detached bungalow set in the sought after village of Munslow. A family home of more than 50 years, which has never before been brought to the market.

The property is situated in a private spot, which has unrivalled southerly panoramic views looking towards the Brown Clee and stretching across the Corvedale valley towards Ludlow. The outlook is simply breath taking and captures the many seasonal changes - a real delight to experience. The bungalow offers a flexible and well proportioned layout for the internal accommodation and all rooms are light and airy with good ceiling height. It sits on an elevated spacious plot of around 0.349 acres with well thought out landscaped gardens.

The entrance hall is spacious and light and follows onto the central hallway where wooden doors lead onto each room.

The kitchen has recently been refitted with base and wall units in a cream shaker style and provides an inset counter top stainless steel sink, set under the window with views to the driveway and front gardens. The living room is of a good size with an open fire place set in a glazed ceramic tile surround and a large picture window floods the room with a lot of natural light and wonderful views of the countryside.

The master double bedroom is well proportioned and spacious, allowing enough room for bedroom furniture and benefits from dual aspect windows capturing the best of the views and gardens.

There are two further bedrooms a second double room looking onto the front of the bungalow and a third smaller double guest room with a fitted wardrobe and large window looking out towards the Brown Clee.
