Overview

Positioned towards the rural southern outskirts of the well served village of Gorsley, Fairview comprises a refurbished two reception, three bedroom Cottage which boasts a particularly well appointed 28' kitchen/breakfast room. Positioned off one of the reception rooms is a conservatory, whilst all three first floor bedrooms have en-suite facilities, two of the bedrooms receiving wonderful morning sunlight.

Having its own pedestrian entrance just to the south of the Cottage is the single storey one bedroom Annexe, and this too boasts a conservatory.

Both the main Cottage and the Annexe have fireplaces with woodburning stoves, whilst heating is from a oil fired radiator system.

Just beyond the Annexe is a really quite exceptional 30' garden building which not only has its own wood burner, but also a wide range of barbeque and cooking equipment together with stainless steel fronted storage preparation and refrigerated drink units. Moreover, positioned centrally close to the extensive double glazed patio doors is a luxurious seating area with central gas fired heater.

Because the courtyard area receives such a high degree of available sunlight, there is also a raised and part covered decking area opposite, again with comfortable furniture, and being a wonderful place to sit out beneath the mature Magnolia, taking in the sunshine and listening to the bird song!

For those who have several vehicles there is a vast 70' tarmacadam central courtyard, whilst adjacent to same is a 30' gravelled area, ideally positioned for those who may have motorhome, caravan, boat, or further vehicles to place.

Gorsley boasts the outstanding Gorsley Goffs Primary School, recently opened Community Shop, two Churches, Village Hall and an excellent curry house and pub known as the Roadmaker. For those wanting good access to fast communication, junction 3 of the M50 motorway is within a few minutes drive.
