THE Christmas season is set to kick off as High Street Traders host their first late-night shopping event on Thursday, November 14.

The independent traders are staging the event from 5pm to 7.30pm and promise offers and fun across the stores.

The late-night shopping event is the first of two festive events to be hosted by the High Street Traders.

The second will be the popular Christmas Light switch-on on Friday, November 29.
