GWENT Police would like to speak with this man in connection with the alleged theft of bank cards in Tredegar.
The force alleges that bank cards were stolen from a house in Park View, Tredegar, and used four times before being discarded.
Anyone with information should contact Gwent Police by calling 101, quoting reference number 2000104634.
