CONGESTION is building along a stretch of the M4, leading to delays as people are making their way to enjoy the sun.
AA Travel has classed the disruption along the M4 westbound between J23A Magor and J26 Maplas Road as severe, with delays of 12 minutes and increasing.

There is an average speed of 20mph.
