A MAN has pleaded not guilty after an incident where a front garden of a home was set alight.
Ashley Pankewycz, 30, of Andersons Road appeared at Southampton Crown Court last Friday.
This comes after an incident on September 11 where the front garden of a home was set on fire.
No one was inside the property, and no one was injured as a result of the fire.
He was charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
Pankewycz pleaded not guilty and has been remanded in custody.
He will appear again at Southampton Crown Court on February 15, 2021.
