A ROUND-UP of cases heard at Newport Magistrates’ Court and Cwmbran Magistrates’ Court.
CATHERINE SUZANNE HARRIS, 49, of Thomas Close, Bettws, Newport, was banned from driving for 26 months after she pleaded guilty to being nearly three times the drink driving limit on Penllyn Avenue.
She was sentenced to a 12-month community order and must complete a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
Harris was ordered to pay £300 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
RAHEEL IQBAL, 29, of Clevedon Road, Newport, was ordered to pay £2,916.66 in compensation, costs and a surcharge after he admitted causing £2,736.66 in criminal damage to a BMW 3 Series car.
THOMAS WEST, 28, of Foundry Road, Pontymister, Risca, was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and banned from driving for four years after he pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified.
He was ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £213 in costs and a surcharge.

SHAUN NASH, 28, of Trederwen, Ebbw Vale, was banned from driving for 12 months after he admitted drink driving, driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence on Stable Lane in Tredegar.
He was ordered to pay £585 in fines, costs and a surcharge.
ELLIS BROCK, 25, of Maesglas Crescent, Newport, was ordered to pay £239 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to public disorder in Cwmbran.
RHYS OWEN JONES, 18, of Benjamin Court, Rhymney, Caerphilly, was sent to a young offender institution for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and banned from driving for six months after he admitted driving while disqualified.
He was ordered to pay £213 in costs and a surcharge.
TYLER RODGERS, 23, of Bakery Close, Talywain, Pontypool, was ordered to pay £199 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to public disorder.
DANIEL ADAM WATKINS, 38, of Cornpoppy Avenue, Rockfield, Monmouth, was ordered to pay £312 in fines, costs and a surcharge after he admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour and resisting a constable.
DAVID JOHN SMITHSON, 48, of White City Close, Trethomas, Caerphilly, was ordered to pay £199 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour in Risca.
TERESA HALE, 49, of Monnow Way, Bettws, Newport, was conditionally discharged for 18 months after admitting public disorder. Hale was ordered to pay £106 in costs and a surcharge.
KEVIN HANCOX, 46, of Dolphin Street, Newport, was conditionally discharged for 18 months after pleading guilty to public disorder. Hancox was ordered to pay £199 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
