Kate Toner, solicitor at the firm, recently passed the STEP advanced certificate in will preparation (England and Wales). As the only advanced qualification in the will writing field that has been designed for practitioners with a broad experience of taking instructions and will drafting, the qualification is hugely welcomed by the firm.
