ONE of Wales’ leading electronics manufacturers is launching a recruitment drive to enable its record-breaking growth to continue throughout 2021 and beyond.

Newbridge-based Axiom Manufacturing Services has revealed that its annual growth for 2019-2020, with turnover exceeding £62 million. The announcement signifies a continuing trend for the contract electronics manufacture, which specialises in the assembly of the advanced technology for clients in the medical, aerospace, industrial and digital security sectors.

With order books confirmed for 2021 -2022, Axiom’s focus is now firmly set on recruitment as it seeks to recruit new talent in a range of disciplines, who will be vital in propelling new levels of service and innovation for the company’s UK-based and multinational customers.

Axiom’s management state that the company’s continued growth is a direct result of longstanding customer relationship that enable it to directly tailor investment and new services to the specific requirements of each partners specific technology roadmaps.

Despite the uncertainties brought to the sector in 2020, the past year alone has seen Axiom invest in excess of £1.5 million in new technology and infrastructure to specifically meet its customers’ future needs.
