The HR Dept has expanded to help employers in Abergavenny, Brecon, Blaenau Gwent and Cwmbran with practical employment advice and support.
The business gives support to SME owners to ‘prevent people problems’.
The company has recruited two new staff members and moved to a larger office in Access 465 situated just off the A465 Heads of the Valley road in Ebbw Vale.
Lee Monroe, director of The HR Dept in this region, will be joining forces with Niamh Kelly, of The HR Dept Shropshire, Wrexham & Chester, to combine their services to cover the Mid Wales region.
Lee Monroe said: “Growing my business by expanding to a new area means that more employers have the opportunity to be more proactive in managing their workforce effectively. Most SMEs do not need a full-time HR presence but do need support with dealing with HR issues which arise when employing either their first member of staff or their 100th. I am thrilled and excited to be joining forces with Niamh and her team, and together we will be a team of eight.”
Lee and his team work with a wide range of clients from pre-school nurseries to construction, from two employees to 250 employees, local limited companies to national PLCs, providing a local and personal service which works with and understands local employers and their organisations.
