PHILLIPS (Richard) On 8th February 2017, William Richard passed away peacefully at his home in Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran, aged 82 years. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia, devoted dad of Christine and Linda, dear father-in-law of David and Kevin, dearly loved grandad of Michael and his wife Lydia, Zoe and Kelly, great grandad of Holly. Funeral Friday 3rd March, service 2.30pm at Llanyrafon Methodist Church, followed by committal at the Gwent Crematorium 3.30pm.
