EVANS (Jacqui) On 23rd March 2017 surrounded by her loving family at home in West Pontnewydd, Jacqueline Louise Evans. Adored mum of Seren, Tarian and Jayden, beloved daughter of Christine and Ralph, much loved sister of Rachel and cherished aunty of Lucas and Keelan. Loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Forever in our thoughts. Funeral Friday 21st April, service 2.00pm at Gwent Crematorium. By request of the family please wear an item of blue or white. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the service for St David's Hospice Care.
