WATKINS (Bill) On 29th April 2018, William Arthur of Northville, Cwmbran passed away peacefully aged 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Joyce, Devoted father of Gary and Laurie, loved father-in-law of Carolyn and Donna, much loved bamp of Rhys, Scott, Alex, Leanne and Ryan, great grandfather of Oakley, Oliver and Mali. Funeral Friday 25th May, service at Holy Trinity Church, Pontnewydd at 2.00pm, prior to committal at The Gwent Crematorium 3.00 pm.
