PAYNE Peacefully, on 8th May 2019, at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Margaret Payne passed away. Much loved by her brother and sister in law George and Shirley, will be sadly missed by all her family. Funeral Tuesday 4th June, service 10.am at Gwent Crematorium. The family have request that informal clothes to be worn.
