TROTT Jonathon (Jon) The family of the late Jonathon Trott would like to thank everyone who has helped and supported Jon and his family over the years. With special thanks to all support services including Ambulance Staff, District Nurses, Staff at the Heath Dialysis Unit and Dr Wayne Lewis. We would also like to thank everyone who attended Jon's funeral services, sent cards, flowers and messages of sympathy. These were all of great comfort. Many thanks are offered to Mr Baker for his poignant and uplifting service which was so reflective of Jon's life and to BM Watkins Funeral Services for their kindness and professionalism. Appreciation and sincere thanks to all friends and family for the very generous donations made in the memory of Jon, to the Dialysis Unit at The University of Wales Heath Hospital.
