GWENT Police are appealing for information to help find 46-year-old Liam Stubbs from the Monmouth area.

Mr Stubbs is described as being approximately five feet nine inches, stocky build, with dark hair and glasses.

He was last seen in WH Smiths in Monmouth at around 1pm on Saturday, November 19 wearing dark jacket, a striped shirt and trousers. 

He has not been seen since and officers are concerned for his safety.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 101 quoting log number 325 20/11/16.
