Neighbours say they saw two fire engines, one ambulance, a rapid response car and a police car in the early hours of the morning.

A 76-year-old man, who did not want to be named, said: "I saw one person in foil being taken to the ambulance - I think it was a woman. I saw the flashing lights and saw the hoses from the fire engines.
