AN APPEAL for information has been issued after burglars attempted to set alight a pew inside a Monmouthshire church.
The burglary of St Cadoc's Church on Chepstow Road in Raglan was discovered at around 3.10pm on September 16, 2016.
A Gwent Police spokeswoman said the offender/offenders had gone into a parish room and had let off a powder fire extinguisher.
It was also noticed one of pews had been attempted to be set alight.
