Just caught the question on reduction of costs due to use of paperless techniques and thought how ironic and typical it was that the highly paid Bob Wellington read from a piece of paper to answer the question, as did most of the other councillors to ask their questions, also when the answer was given and the request for costs was made, she did not ask for the increased expenditure on the laptops and other equipment needed to make it paperless.

Bob's praising his executive team for their performance!!! Does that include the Education member?
