Chepstow and District Darts League signed off their summer season with finals night on Saturday September 21 at the Burnt Barn Club.
With the following teams picking up winners trophies, Chepstow Athletic Club lifted the 6 a side knock out, while Chepstow Football Club "A" won the 5 a side. In the individual tournaments Rob Moore and Tess Maby were crowned Mixed pairs champions, and Steve and Mark Baynton lifted the Mens pairs trophy, Tina Wright and Audrey Bowen were the Ladies pairs winners, while Tess Maby won her second trophy of the night winning the Ladies singles against Mandy Rushworth, In the final game of the night Mark Baynton followed up his success in the mens pairs by lifting the Mens singles trophy, beating Barry Aggett in the final. The league awards for the season were also made on the night with Chepstow Town Football Club "A" picking up both the Singles and Pairs league trophies, beating their "B" team to both titles.
The Winter league commences on October 2nd, and this season sees the league split into two divisions with promotion and relegation to battle for.
