WALES captain Ashley Williams joined in this morning's training session with the rest of the squad after shaking off an injury scare.
Williams hurt his shoulder in a fall during the victory over Northern Ireland on Saturday and was later pictured with his arm in a sling.
But manager Chris Coleman said yesterday that the Swansea City defender would be fit for Friday's Euro 2016 quarter-final against Belgium.
And Williams, while still a little stiff and at one point needing help to remove a training top (below), looked to be making good progress at the team's base in Dinard this morning.
