PARR (nee PHILLPS) Peacefully on 3rd January 2020 surrounded by her loving family, Jessie Parr of Cwmbran. Beloved wife of the late Larry, devoted mum of June and Mike Richards, much loved nanna of Gemma, Suzanne, Clare and William and a cherished great grandmother. Loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Monday 3rd February, service 12.00 noon at Gwent Crematorium.
