JEFFRIES John 'Jack 'Peacefully, passed away on Saturday 15th April 2023 at Sedgefield Community Hospital, County Durham. Jack, formerly of Pleasant Court, Limekiln Road, Pontnewynydd. Beloved husband of the late Hazel. Loving father of Lynne and father-in-law of John. Treasured grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be forever in the hearts of his family and all who knew and loved him. The funeral will take place on Thursday 18th May 2023. A service to celebrate Jack's life and the committal ceremony will be held at The Gwent Crematorium, Croesyceiliog at 11.30am. Immediate family flowers only please but donations, if desired, will be gratefully received for The Franziska Willer Ward at Sedgefield Community Hospital, County Durham, and can be given or sent to the funeral director.
